Just to let you know - we do not support users with stolen systems. You have to get your own system and product key if you want to proceed.

Your posts #6 and #8 suggest that you don't know your product key and that you borrowed a disc from your friend.

Now you are saying your friend bought you a legal operating system.

In that case, you'll have a legal product key so go ahead and install Windows 7.

Personally, I don't believe you so my help is at an end.
