There are errors from many different apps including winmail, mse, and some security concerns.

You may want to consider re-installing as the fastest way to get going again.

Could it possibly be a virus that somehow stays through re-installs and MSE scans?

Doubtful but possible. TO test start with a malwarebytes scan. I think it isnt even hardware. When you have re0installed, did you do a clean install (format the drive) and install nothing but what was on the win 7 dvd?

Please download the free version of Malwarebytes.
    Update it immediately.
    Do a full system scan
Let us know the results at the end.

Malware scan came back clean. I did not reformat prior to reinstall however. Is there a guide on the site to help me through it?

Bumping wont help. We have been at this two weeks and have suggested on several occasions that it might be time for a clean install.

When you have done your last re-installs did you install anything not on the win 7 dvd (malware, network drivers, etc)?
