Virtually of of these were Related to rtl8192ce.sys NDIS Driverr from Realtek Semiconductor Corporation. I would re-install newest.

Somehow you're correct. If I disable this driver the problem goes away. But I cannot find a newer driver and the link you gave me costs money. What's the deal with that?

You want: RTL8188CE which is toward the bottom of the page, so you will need to scroll down.

Based on your crash reports and system logs, yours is the Realtek RTL8188CE Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC.

I know it may be confusing since the file is an rtl8192ce.sys and the numbers are different, but they all seem to use the same .sys file. You just need to choose the correct model for yours, which is the RTL8188CE. :)

I uninstalled this driver and reinstalled it but it still crashes everytime I try to connect to a wireless network.

Did you use this method: To fully re-install a driver, use the following steps.
    1. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
    2. Click Start Menu
    3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
    4. Click Manage
    5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
    6. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
    7. Right click the device
    8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
    9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
    10. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
    11. Install the latest driver for the device.

Alright, do the same for your audio drivers. They are likely also Realtek. Actually, on second thought, do the re-install with drivers for your network and audio from Toshiba Support - Homepage

    Which Toshiba do you have?

    I see a ton of L755-S**** laptops.

Audio and network Realtek drivers use similar resources, so sometimes both need to be re-installed.

Its an L755-S5217 but Toshiba doesn't list this model on their website and my audio driver is Conexant SmartAudio HD.

I will take a look at the .dmp files and see if I find anything new...

I do see Panda security, and it may also be interfering with your network resources. Uninstall it, then re-install the latest version. If you still have problems. try uninstalling it and installing Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows just to test.

To uninstall Panda security, use the Panda uninstaller: How can I uninstall Panda antivirus from my computer?-Technical Support-Panda Security
