Crashes indicate a USB device. What USB devices do you have plugged in?
    • Start with USB Driver - General Fix for Problems to resolve the USB issues. Also, USB ports can sometimes enter a safe power state to protect the system from power surges due to USB devices. To reset the USB ports to a nominal power state:
      1. Shut down and turn off the computer.
      2. Unplug the computer from the wall or surge protector (then remove the battery if it is a laptop).
      3. "Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station, disconnect
cables to printers or devices such as external monitors, USB memory sticks or SD cards, headset or external speakers, mouse or auxiliary keyboard, turn off WIFI and Bluetooth wireless devices." (Use Hard Reset to Resolve Hardware and Software Issues HP Pavilion dv5000 Notebook PC series - HP Customer Care (United States - English))
      4. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds. This closes the circuit and ensures all
power from components is drained to clear the software connections between the BIOS
and hardware and clear any corruption in the temporary memory.
      5. (If it is a laptop, plug the battery back into the laptop and then) Plug the computer back into the wall. Do not reconnect any unnecessary peripherals; monitor, keyboard,
and mouse should suffice and be the only peripherals reconnected.
      6. Turn it on to reinitialize the software connections between the BIOS and hardware

thanks for your reply writhziden .I started with "USB Driver - General Fix for Problems" but in the last step i was not allowed to delete INFCACHE.1.
I will reset the USB ports to a nominal power state but why my web pages ,video files and applications were not working.
After i unistalled avast and installed mse it did a quick scan and detected a worm .
I removed it and it might be the reason for bosd.
i will inform you if the problem persists.
    thanks:)

You're welcome. You are correct that the malicious item may have caused the crashes, so it is good you removed it. Let us know if you need further help. Otherwise, when you are sure the problem is solved, you may mark the thread solved. :)

hi writhziden the problem still persists although it's not that frequent but i think i should repair my windows. Also my video driver, audio driver and my hp cool sense software's language has changed.Every English letter has been replaced with squarish blocks.

So should i repair windows ?Will it re install all drivers and solve all my problems and will i loose my data and other soft-wares?

i have also uploaded the latest dump file.:)

If you are seeing such behavior, it may mean the malicious items were not completely removed or you have new ones. My advice would be a clean re-install. Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 can be very helpful in that regard.

Prior to doing the installation steps, but after you have backed up your computer, use Command Prompt at Startup with your installation media and then do a clean all using Diskpart: Disk - Clean and Clean All with Diskpart Command. The clean all will make sure no malicious items remain hidden in the system.

NOTE: The clean all will take a long time to complete, so you may want to wait until you are ready to go to sleep to start it.

hi writhziden i was gonna do what you told me to do but i did my last extensive search before that and read many blogs and answers and finally the problem is solved .All i had to was to download malwarebytes and let it do a full scan.
i had 14 malwares(including trojons) most of them were from trainers.
so there is no bosd for now and no black screen sleep problem as for webpages not reloading problem i had to reinstall adobe flash and java.(as they were damaged by malware)
although system hanged for a few times apart from that there is no problem so if anyone has any similar problem please advise him to use this solution.

now the problem which still persists is that in a few softwares such as hp support assistant,hp coolscense, nvdia grapic properties, amd graphic properties there is no language and it has been replaced by blocks i am attaching the rar file so please watch them all and suggest me a solution for it .It is because of those malwares but now i do not know how to solve this problem.i have already uninstalled and reinstalled the hp support but it didn't work out.
    reply soon:)

Your malware may have taken some of the system registry with it. Registry damage may be repaired using

You will need to uninstall the Catalyst software prior to doing the repair install if you take that route.
