    I note you have AVG.

AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .

Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

In addition to JMH's suggestion please run the SURT, update to SP-1 and update these drivers.
    Code:
    SCDEmu.SYS 8/7/2007 11:19:48 AM fffff880`02c72000 fffff880`02c84000 0x00012000 0x46b88d94
    NTIDrvr.sys 3/24/2009 11:09:39 PM fffff880`0751f000 fffff880`07527000 0x00008000 0x49c9a073
    UBHelper.sys 4/27/2009 4:48:19 AM fffff880`07517000 fffff880`0751f000 0x00008000 0x49f57153
    How To Find Drivers:
    - search Google for the name of the driver
    - compare the Google results with what's installed on your system to figure out which device/program it belongs to
    - visit the web site of the manufacturer of the hardware/program to get the latest drivers (DON'T use Windows Update or the Update driver function of Device Manager).
    - if there are difficulties in locating them, post back with questions and someone will try and help you locate the appropriate program.
    - - The most common drivers are listed on this page: Driver Reference Driver Reference
    Driver Reference Table (DRT)
