Wireless stuck on startup and system breaks down!

I use HP Probook 4530s and while Windows starts, wireless connection stuck on searching network and system stop working. Can't do anything,if I click on something cursor becomes busy and nothing happens.System has become completely unusable. When I start Windows in save mode, I get a notice "Turn on Windows Security Center service (important)".But when I click on it error message is: "Windows Security Center service can't be started".I reinstalled Windows but the problems remain the same.

Re installed windows and installed everything you had before? or just windows itself and the problem still exists? Try booting into safe mode with networking and see if things are different.

Click Start then type Services in the Search box.

Click Services under Programs then check that the Security Center is running.

If it is, you may want to run a full virus scan with Malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes can run in Safe Mode, though it is not as effective in that environment.

Use Windows Defender Offline (it scans outside Windows). If you cannot get that to work or it does not find anything, Free Bootable AntiVirus Rescue CDs Download List is a good place to find some other standalone scanners that run outside Windows.
