    BSOD while web browsing and viewing online video error 0x0000001E


    Please Help! I have been getting these errors very frequently now.

    OEM software bought from Newegg
    System is about 15 months old...maybe more
    One OS install on setup. NO reinstalls.

    Related to athrxusb.sys Extensible Wireless LAN device driver from Atheros Communications, Inc. Yours is from 2008. Way before win 7 was released. I would update to the current one.

    I thought so....but there no current ones from the manuf. Should I purchase a new wireless adapter?

    If you tell is the model or newegg part number we can. I am fairly certain there is a newer driver than 2008.

    If there isnt you can try installing the 2008 driver in compatibility mode


    To install an older driver in win 7 you need to install it in compatibility mode.


    To install in compatibility mode right click the installer, go to properties, then compatibility. Choose the appropriate OS
