BSOD - Help pleeeeease :'(

Well I've been having BSOD's and I was hoping someone could help me. I've updated all my drivers and ran antivirus/spyware and malware scans and everything is clear.

System:
x64 Windows 7 Professional
Full retail
It's a custom built laptop that is around 4 months old
I installed the OS on the day it arrived

I've attached the Blue screen files required. PLEASE HELP

Did you remove any infections from the system (I ask because sometimes the remnants of an infection can cause more problems than the infection themselves).

You have a JMicron PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Adapter that doesn't show up in Systeminfo.txt. Have you disabled this? If so, how did you disable it (in BIOS or in Windows)?

Drivers for Texas Instruments XHCI Controller (USB 3.0) aren't installed. Please install them, they should be available from the PC Manufacturer's website.

Please update this driver. If not able to find an update, please remove the driver with the uninstaller routine in Control Panel:

I would suggest running these free diagnostics to see if there's a hardware problem with your system: Hardware Diagnostics The memory dumps seem to indicate this, but there is also a possibility that it's a 3rd party driver (such as the one that I asked you to update)

I did what you asked with the drivers, but when i ran memtest, i left it running for about an hour and a half and when i came back there were red entries and the error count was at round 2000+ errors

Starting at step 6 or 7 of the memory test procedure is the procedure to help identify which stick(s)/slot(s) are bad. Do that and you'll know what you have to replace.
