RunDLL Error Window on Start Up

I am getting a message window each time I start up a notebook I'm configuring that says:

"There was a problem starting DPUSER~1.DLL"

"There specified module could not be found."

While this isn't causing any major problems, it can prove to be a nuisance for the future user. Any idea why I am getting this or how to stop it?

    Hi there!

Download Malwarebytes and run a complete scan. Also follow this article Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup

Thank you. I performed the Clean Reboot (The notebook was brand new, so I knew it couldn't be Malware) and from there it was a process of elimination. Thank you for the suggestion!
