BSOD - Crashes while computer idle/not idle (Unpredictable)

Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
Clean installation to windows 7 from Windows XP professional
Hardware 18 months old
OS installed 2 weeks ago

I am currently facing the lovely BSOD error. The computer was recently upgraded from windows XP to Windows 7 enterprise 64bit , this was a fresh installation from XP. The computer originally came with pre installed with Windows 7 installed but was downgraded to XP to meet company IT requirements. We have now been given the go ahead to trial windows 7. However after installation we are now facing issues of very random BSOD moments. Sometimes while using access or excel. At other times the computer could be totally idle. I would like to mention that our IT team upgraded the RAM in the computer from 4gb to 8gb prior to the Windows 7 installation. I do have a feeling that there is an issue with the memory which is causing this issue. I have attached my BSOD zip pack and would be very appreciative if one of the guru's could assist me on the matter.

Thanks

perfmon /report shows that these critical chipset drivers aren't installed:
Symptom:
Device drivers are not installed.Cause:A driver has not been installed for this device preventing it from working properly.Details:The device driver for PCI Simple Communications Controller has not been installed. This device will not be available until the correct device driver is installed.Resolution:1. Try installing the drivers using Windows Update.
2. Install the drivers that are on the installation media that came with the device.
3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.Related:Explanation of Error Codes Generated by Device Manager

If needed the PnP ID's for these devices are:
Win32_PnPEntity.DeviceID="PCI\\VEN_8086&DEV_3B64&SUBSYS_304B103C&REV_06\\3&21436425&0&B0"
Win32_PnPEntity.DeviceID="PCI\\VEN_8086&DEV_3B67&SUBSYS_304B103C&REV_06\\3&21436425&0&B3"

Only 35 updates since SP1 - most systems have 75 to 80 (or more). Please visit Windows Update and get ALL available updates.

Android Phone USB device may not be working properly. Please uninstall it to see if that helps. Leave it uninstalled until the system is stable again.

There's a fair presence of Symantec in your memory dumps. I'd suggest testing to see if that's the problem. To do that, please try this:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall Symantec Endpoint Protection
- install the free antivirus and immediately update it
- monitor for further BSOD's

It looks like there's a USB Video device, but we don't have a record of the drivers for it in the DRT (Driver Reference Table located here: Driver Reference Table (DRT) ) I'll have to look them up (and add them to the table) in order to see what device it actually belongs to (I think it's from Magic Control).

Meanwhile I'd check to see if the device that you're using is here: USB Display Adapter-Magic Control Technology Corp.
https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...edictable.html
If so, uninstall the current drivers for it on the system and then download a fresh copy from that website and install them. Ensure that the driver is Win7 compatible BEFORE installing it!!!

If all of this doesn't fix the problem, then we have to start looking at hardware issues. Please try the free diagnostics here: http://www.carrona.org/hwdiag.html

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

Just FYI - the unknown drivers are all related to either Symantec Endpoint Protection or to the Magic Control Technology USB to VGA Video device.

They've been posted to http://www.carrona.org/dvrref.php if you're curious

Hey Usasma

Would just like to say a Huge thank you. It was the USB graphic monitor extender we were using. Once removed no more BSOD, and the computer has been running fine ever since. Just ordered another one which is certified compatible with windows 7.

Once again thanks for your help.
