BSOD Memory_Management Frequent 1a and a
I have been getting frequent BSODs, at seemingly any point. It can happen while the computer is just sitting idle, and sometimes it will be fine for hours. I have done a number of things to try and correct this, which I will attempt to outline below. Per the posting instructions, I have included a .zip titled "Documents" which contains my PERFMON html document and Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder. Let me know if I have left out any documents or pertinent information.
I've tried updating my video drivers, including using Driver Sweeper to uninstall. I've also tried to run the System File Checker several times, but one printer driver and one .wmv file for Windows DVD Maker are still having issues, according to sfcdetails. I've also tried running the lengthy scandisc with repair, but I wasn't around for the scan to finish, as it took several hours. There is nothing unusual in Device Manager. Windows Update thinks I'm up to date. WhoCrashed seems to think it's an issue related to a driver, not a hardware issue. I was having an issue with AVAST, tried reinstalling it and finally uninstalling to switch to Microsoft Security Essentials, still having the same issue.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit installed, Full Retail. It's the original OS on a home built computer. I haven't done a reinstall before. The machine is about a year and a half old or so, with the most recent hardware addition taking place several months ago, when I added the fifth and sixth stick of RAM.
