The BFG Geforce 250 GTS 1GB (NON OC) recommends a minimum of 450 W, so you should get at least a 500 W PSU. 430 W may not be enough to handle all components.

Here is a similar one with 530 W. Newegg.ca - Rosewill Green Series RG530-S12 530W Continuous @40°C, 80 PLUS Certified, Single 12V Rail, Active PFC "Compatible with Core i7,i5" Power Supply

Looks like a solid power supply. Let us know the results once you obtain it and install it. Best of luck!

Probably some software is utilizing the processor for an instant and then releasing it. Usually a scheduled task or an update will cause such behavior. Possible antivirus installing new definitions? Could also be indexing service?

Crashes indicate network and memory/driver related problems. You still may have problems beyond the power supply.

A driver related issue: Download and install the nForce driver update from NVIDIA DRIVERS 15.56WHQL
