Continual BSOD in Win 7 but will operate in Safe Mode with networking

I have ran the BSOD Dump & System File Collection app with the results attached.
I attempted to run PERFMON report but was unsuccessful (Error: cannot find specified path).

I am running Win7 Home Premium (64 bit) and this is the original OS that was preinstalled with my laptop (ASUS G60VX). The system is approximately 2.5 years old and I have never re-installed the OS.

I continuously run system mechanic to monitor and clean out the drive and also use Norton 360 to supplement system mechanic. The system was gradually slowing down and occassionally freezing up. I upgraded the CPU with a T9600 chip and the system seemed to run fine but the temps definitely increased (fan constantly running but rpms varying with temps); I use SpeedFan to monitor temps. The lagging once again started so I had a deep scan and repair of the hard drive performed; took all night to run. This was done approximately one week ago. The system afterward now continually shuts down (BSODs) with no rhyme or reason. I do not know if it is hardware (GPU or hard drive) or software. I have re-installed the original CPU to see if this was the problem but the BSODs continue.

I am capable of operating in Windows Safe Mode with Networking.

I am relatively computer illiterate and really have no idea what I am doing...any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry I didnt even look at the dump but i can tell you that system mechanic is your problem, if you can boot in safe mode then you may be able to enter windows and do a system restore back to before you did the scan (usually F2, F8 or F12 dependant of your system)
If you manage to do boot into safe mode and successfully restore then immediately remove System Mechanic and also Norton 360... these 2 so call programs are more harmful than good
In failing that you can not gain a restore then you will have to resort to a system repair, its best if you can borrow a windows disc from someone or if not then you may download the correct ISO form here Download Windows 7 ISO (Official 32-bit and 64-bit Direct Download Links) « My Digital Life
I hope that this info is most helpful to you

There were no dump files in your download but I gleaned the following from the logs.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000024 (0x00000000001904fb, 0xfffff8800cec8508, 0xfffff8800cec7d60, 0xfffff88001494380). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 052512-41855-01.

Bugcheck code 24 has to do with NTFS file system corruption. It might be a good idea to run chkdisk before attempting to repair missing or corrupt drivers. Run Chkdsk /f /r to detect and resolve any file system structural corruption. You must restart the system before the disk scan begins on a system partition. Follow the tutorial here: Disk Check

If the file system can be recovered, run spf /scannow following this tutorial and using Option 2:
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

The file corruption may be the cause of several drivers failing to load and start too. This was also in the log:
The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
    BHDrvx64
    ccHP
    discache
    eeCtrl
    ElRawDisk
    IDSVia64
    spldr
    SRTSPX
    SymIRON
    SYMTDIv
    Wanarpv6

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff800030355e5, 0xfffff8800c05ad60, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 052612-25194-01.

The SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION bugcheck has a value of 0x0000003B. This is usually caused by bad or corrupt drivers.
