    000.fcl is part of Cyberlink software. What is the age of your Cyberlink software?
    At least 3 years old

    asio.sys: Asus PCProbe Utility (can probably be uninstalled without causing issues)
    Yes, but atm I'll be keeping it.

    writhziden said:
    Your asacpi.sys should not be a problem; more than likely it is due to another driver conflicting with it and perhaps asio.sys?
    Has already been updated, not the cause.

    After a couple of netr7364 related bsods I correctly updated said driver. I am now stable and BSOD-free for almost a day. Will post again if anything changes...

    Check the Wi-Fi Inspector | Xirrus and post some screenshots of each test.

    I just did a bugcheck analysis on the minidump, so here goes.
    Probably caused by : atikmdag.sys ( atikmdag+2c2949 )

    Checked the said driver: atikmdag Kernel 18/8/2009 6:05:47 §£
    I think it's out of date... Can someone post a link for a newer version?

    I would download and install this version of the driver (works for windows 7 too)
    Download AMD Catalyst Drivers 13.1 Vista 64 - FileHippo.com

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

    How to clean left over drivers
    Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program: How to Clean Left Over Driver Files with Driver Sweeper
    Click on the Start
    ► Control Panel
    ► Programs
    ► Uninstall a program
    ► Uninstall everything related to the software.

    Delete remnants of its drivers/older drivers using Driver Sweeper

    Security App
    You also seem to have no antivirus software. Do you?

    Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes are recommended from a strict BSOD perspective. They do not cause blue screens on the system as other AV products do.

    Microsoft Security Essentials, Free antivirus for windows

    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

       Warning
    DO NOT start the free trial of MalwareBytes, unselect that option when prompted.

       Tip
    Update and make full scans with both separately.

    Basic checks:
    Please run these tests and report back the results

    Just finished disk check, no errors in any of the 5 stages. I'm gonna move to step 3, clean boot. Again, gonna post back asap with the results.
    Windows update installed 140 updates and I am now running in clean boot for about 2hrs with no incident so far...
