BSOD on finish build please help dccode c9 , a

HI all this is my first posting so sorry if dont sound right but i got this lovely BSOD and i dont no why so i google it and couldn't find a answer and found this site and look around and can see that there are people here that will try and help and i hope you can do the same for me

this is what i started with

    mobo - asrock 960GM-GS3 FX
    cpu - amd sempron 140 2.7ghz am3
    psu - unbranded 500watts
    hhd - SEAGATE 300GB SATA II 7200RPM
gpu - on broad hd 3000
    ram - Kingston 4GB DDR3 1066mhz

with this setup it was working great with no BSOD
then i upgraded my computer to now
    cpu - fx 4170
    psu - powercool 750watts
    ram - kingston hyper ddr3 1600 8GB (2x4GB)
    gpu - Asus hd7770 1GB GDDR5 OC

i aint done no OC due to i dont know how

then i started geting the BSOD every 3 to 4 hours and it doing my head in

i check all the driver are up to date eg windows update to bios and all the hardware and still BSOD pop up so i done a windows memory test that lasted about 30 mins and no errors found then i done a chkdsk /r and again no errors so i use furmark for the gpu that lasted for about 10 min and my gpu went to 73c and stay there but no BSOD and i reset bois then when the computer is idle i get a bsod but now i found on here the driver verifier and got the started that the same time of doing this and i had 2 BSOD now and here there are

Related to FNETTBOH_305.SYS Turbo Storage Driver from FNet Co., Ltd. I would remove it to test.

ALSO AVG was the active app both times.

    I note you have AVG.
AVG can be a contributing cause of BSOD'S .
Please remove and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

Download tools and utilities | AVG Worldwide

Your problems are related to MBfilt64.sys Audio Driver from Creative Technology Ltd.
    Yours is dated 2009.

I suggest you update to the latest.

In addition to JMH's suggestions I would remove the cfoss app. (internet accelerator) as it is known to have problems on win 7.
