Please fill out your system specs. Read the link in my signature for instructions. We can't help unless we know what hardware you are using.
My apologies. That information no longer exists, apparently. I'll find the instructions and post an updated link.
*edit* I updated my signature link - this will take you directly to your system specs, where you can update your information.

i have attached the errors already that came up yesterday from the files that help describe the problem
It is difficult to find patterns with only one .dmp file. Your .dmp file is inconclusive. If you have had more than one, please follow the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html to provide the full crash reports. If you have only had one, we will have to wait until you have more to determine the cause.
hey thanks for the support.i can get a dump file everytime i boot up regularly. right now the only way to use my computer is in Safe Mode with Networking. everytime i boot up regular it shuts down after 5min and get the BSOD...i will get you guys the bsod info as soon as the jcgriff2 thing is done...thx again for the support guys & i am just thinking about starting a fresh copy of windows on my hdd will that help?
Windows_NT6_BSOD_v3.03_jcgriff2...this was taking too long (past 40min) so i canceled it. i've attached all the dmp files
Your crashes indicate possible malware/viruses. Something has corrupted Microsoft Security Essentials. First, go through steps 1. and 2. in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot.
Post back when that is complete. Also, post the results of those two steps.
Your Netgear Neutral Wireless Solution and Intel PRO/100 Adapter NDIS 5.1 drivers were also out of date. Please update those drivers once you are able to get Windows running again.

thats what i got and for the module protection i cant use it in safe mode. as well as for step 2 i cannot use the program in safe mode so i couldnt do the full scan
Step 2 is not supposed to run in Safe Mode or Normal Mode. It runs outside of Windows when the computer first boots. I still recommend that step given that Malwarebytes found some items, especially since Malwarebytes is not as effective in Safe Mode as it is in Normal Mode.
Windows Defender Offline is not the same as Windows Defender. As karlsnooks has said to many users, the name chosen by Microsoft for that program is most unfortunate and confusing to users who are unfamiliar with the program...
