    Check connections between:
    - video card to motherboard
    - video card to cable
    - cable to monitor

    Try another monitor

Try these free diagnostic tests: Hardware Diagnostics

What are the results of the diagnostic tests?

I cannot understand the report that you posted.
Please follow the instructions step-by-step, one line at a time.

    MemTest is first: Memory Diagnostics
Then the Hard drive test: Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure
Then the malware test (in case your protection is compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources

Post back with those results and we'll move on from there.

I have vision problems, and the content of what you pasted doesn't contain all of the information that is needed.
I do see that CPU temperatures are very high in the beginning, but not so high in the end. This could mean that the system is overheating (which can cause shutdowns and BSOD's)

I assume that we are having language problems. Unfortunately, I do not speak any other language.
What may I do to make this easier for you to understand?
