1st BSOD on "New" laptop with New OS Install

    OK I installed the Drive with Vista Compatibility and the SD Card slot still doesn't work, i made a thread about this 4 days ago and nobody has answered it yet (https://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-...ml#post1943560)

    So I bounced things back and forth with some other gurus, and the general consensus about your memory card issue is that the drivers are not handling the devices in Windows 7 due to their age. You will probably just have to deal with the SD to USB adapter and make do the best you can.

    Sorry I did not have better news on that front.

    I am glad to see the system has been stable since you posted, though. :)

    OK i had a feeling that would be the final result, thanks for all your time tho :)
    and yea im glad its running great too i have been using it pretty good "trying" to put it under a heavy load and it still doesn't crash so that's good
