BSOD - IRQL Not Less or Equal & Driver Power State Failure

Hi. I'd appreciate help resolving the ongoing BSOD error I'm encountering for the past 3-4 weeks.

Error file is attached.

Test your RAM using Memtest86+. Let it run until 6-8 passes have completed or errors have been found.

You have AVG installed, is that correct? At least to test, uninstall it and install MSE (Microsoft Security Essentials) instead.

These drivers can be found by searching them in Google and then finding the associated software or driver. Finally, find the latest version of this driver or software and download and install it. Some of the drivers may also be found here (if the driver says 'Windows Update' simply make sure all Windows Updates are installed).

You should also update any other drivers you can think of including graphics, audio, chipset, SSD etc.

BSOD: Driver power state failure
Hi there, since last week (as far as I remember) I've been having this problem when I try to shutdown my PC. It takes ages on the shutdown screen and then it crashes, prompting the BSOD. I'm attaching the files requested made by the SF tool.
