Um I'm not sure what to do because when I try to install the other graphics driver it says "This NVIDIA graphics driver is not compatible with this version of Windows" whenever I put the edited .inf file but if I don't put the edited .inf file it says it is not compatible so what should I do? It's also the same thing with the one on the nvidia website

Alright, in order to provide you with further assistance, please fill in your system specs in your profile and not in a post in this thread: System Info - See Your System Specs.

Provide your make and model of the laptop in your specs.

No I'm pretty sure I downloaded this one Drivers and Downloads | Dell [United States]

Edit: Nevermind I must have downloaded the wrong driver the first time. I'll come back and make a new thread if I ever have any problems with this driver.

No need to make a new thread. You may continue in this one if you still need help. Let us know either way whether the problem was solved or you need more help. :)
