    Windows explorer crashes during web browsing


    I recently installed Windows 7 on my wifes computer and it keeps crashing while web browsing and reopening. I am posting an event log to hopefully clarify this error. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

    The error says that the computer can't claim the name that it has on the network.
    Please check the names of your computers to make sure none are duplicated.
