Guys, I need some help. I am using an original version of the windows 7. And recently ( I really don't know what happened) my PC won't start normally. It also says that windows Start-up repair can't fix the problem. What should I do ( I don't want to reformat cause I lost my windows 7 installer ).

I think I will just try to do the option number 5. If my understanding is correct it is like a reformat with an original operating system. Am I correct?
NOTE: I cant go to the desktop or to the explorer. After the windows logo (sign of loading the opearing system) loads longer than usual it will automatically reset the computer without me knowing it. And there, a new option (start up repair) is now available which has a different problem. Where in the start up repair cant find the possible cause of the problem. Which then leads me not to use my computer.
ANOTHER NOTE: when running different options to repair my win 7, I think I suck at it. System restore can't be done. my OS was installed at drive C but the drive present in the system restore is drive D which is not available. I personally removed drive D because it was broken several months ago. and another thing, I dont know the password in the "HomeGroupUser#" which I dont think that I set it up manually.

The system recovery options environment is different from Windows. Your system drive may indeed by drive D: because it does not determine the drive letter the same way as inside Windows. It starts by partition. There is usually a hidden System Reserved partition where the boot information resides. That becomes drive C:. The next partition is usually the system drive. That drive is now drive D:.
I am attaching an image to try to make things clearer (mine has a hidden partition for the factory image that is C:, then the System Reserved is drive D:, and then the System drive is drive E: ).

I just changed my os to vista. I dont know if it is original though. But the specs of my computer seemed to degrade. I formatted both drives and is now wondering if i need to download and install the drivers of my pc. I will provide a screenshot when possible.
Currently surfing the net from my phone cause my pc sucks. Can you please give me a link for all the needed set up or arrangements for my pc. From now on i will focus on studying pc and os to return the favor by teaching or helping other people who are in need. Please guide me, thanks in advance
Please tell me what to do even if it means opening my system unit just to know what is the manufacturer of my pc.

I believe what you are looking for is: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
That includes the installation media if you have a valid license for Windows 7.
