Actually I do have the only drivers listed on their page, installed. I read quite a few Razer devices cause BSODs, so I wonder if I should just uninstall the lycosa driver and use it as a normal keyboard or not use it at all?

You could try using it as a normal keyboard, or you could replace it. Both are good troubleshooting steps and are up to you. :)
Let us know which you decide on (or if you do both) and whether you have success with either step.
