First page of a google search suggests that it belongs to:

Leitch Technology International
Phoenix by Novatel Wireless (Novatel Wireless)
Nokia belonging to product Phoenix Application
C:\Program Files\\phoenix\phoenix.exe
C:\Program Files\Bitcoin\phoenix-1.48
phoenix.exe is a legitimate component of America Online

Please provide this info even though you're not experiencing BSOD's:

windows 7 64 bit
it is hidden

i am unable to locate the source of this process - it is hidden

i checked the task manager, the startup, services , = phoenix .exe is not there

nw that is why i fear this being a miner, virus worm
