    Crashes during various PC actions.

My computer has been BSODing for about a month and I've tried several remedies. I recently reformatted my hard drive to try to rid myself of the problems. While the BSODing has stopped I am still experiencing freezing/crashing in Non-BSOD form. The only programs installed currently on my computer are MSE, Malwarebytes and Diablo 3. Each scan comes up clean but the problems still persist. I've tried reformatting again and reinstaling windows to the most recent point of where I;m at and just today with the same programs installed received another MSE freeze.
It might be worth noting that I am experiencing what i can only describe as a feedback noise coming from my headphone jack whenever they're plugged in and my CPU on boot up produces the AMI boot menu asking if i want to mess with BIOS or continue as default, which only started happening when the crashes did. Attached is the recent event log of the crash and any help with the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about that. Here you are
    - x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64 - the original installed OS on the system? No OEM same version came installed reformatted with same disk same problem persisted - an OEM or full retail version? Full retail - OEM = came pre-installed on system - Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer - What is the age of system (hardware)? 1.5 years - What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) ~a week

No dumps are listed in the file. Please check that windows is set up to create a Kernel memory dump. Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Set it up to create a Kernel. Not sure if you need a new scan of both, but I did it anyway.

As you haven't had any more BSOD's, there are still no dump files in the report. However, next time you have a BSOD, it will create one so run the jcgriff2 tool again when you next get a BSOD.

However, I can still run some tests to check your hardware. I might as well as there is no harm in running them if there are no issues. Please run Memtest86+ to check your RAM. Let it run for 6-8 passes overnight as described in the tutorial. Pay particular attention to parts 2 and 3.

Also check your HDD for errors using Seatools. Download and create a bootable version of the Seatools for DOS program as described here

Report back the results of these tests once they have finished and if you get another BSOD, tell me and attach the necessary files.

EDIT - Just noticed you already started a thread a couple of weeks ago relating to your BSOD issues. What was the conclusion on that? Obviously they didn't get solved but what repairs/fixes did you do.

For future reference, don't create multiple threads for the same issue.

Yeah the person helping me got banned and I wasn't sure if I was supposed to look again. Sorry about that. But the BSOD issue was reduced greatly when i removed all hardware from the front usb ports. Like I said I have a constant static noise coming from my headphone jack which also is located in the front, Is this a normal occurrence or is there more to this? We never really went to in depth with that. I'll run both these tests later tonight. Thanks for the help so far.

Wasn't able to run the test because my computer was freezing before I downloaded the files. Although these freeze's were diffrent because on a manual reboot, following the freeze, the display would freeze before reaching the windows loading at the AMI selection screen. I ran the program to attach the dmp files and was mid uploading when it froze again so I ran it again to attach the new one as well. Not sure if it was needed.

Hmmmmm, for some strange reason, there are still no dumps...

Could you take a look in your C:\Windows\Minidumps folder and see if there is anything in there? If there is, zip them up and upload them. If not, I'll speak to someone else and see if they have any ideas.

    Stephen

EDIT - Looking at some other files gave me an idea. They said "Unable to produce a minidump file from the full dump file". The dump collector program only looks for minidumps. As a result, look for this file C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Zip it up and upload it to your next post
