Apologies for the delay, been busy at school and doing homework myself. I would still recommend uninstalling both programs, especially PC Health Advisor. See this:

In regards to the two ASUS programs, I would still uninstall them. If they are determined not to be the cause, you can always reinstall them if you like. However, there is better monitoring software out there, for example: Speccy - System Information - Free Download.

Just to clear things up in my head, did you replace the PSU in the computer that we're working on or another one? Oh, and don't worry about the delay in reply's, it doesn't bother me. :)
