Yep, those three modules are all exactly the same. I am not surprised the system is more stable with those three installed and the different module removed. Even if modules are supposed to be identical, often buying the at different times results in slight discrepancies. Electronic components within a module may be upgraded or replaced, so the modules are no longer identical. Sometimes, even the voltage requirements of the modules will change as companies change manufacturing techniques.
For the driver updates, are those updates available through your motherboard support site?
I do not trust driver update software to tell me what drivers I need to update. The software often finds updates for hardware similar to but not exactly the same as that which is actually installed on the system being updated. If you install drivers for similar hardware but not the same hardware, it can cause system stability to decrease rather than increase.
