BSOD on new computer (minidump included)

Hi, my PC is relatively new, only built it late last year, and it is meant to be an audio workhorse, but i use it to game as well.

The first time it BSODed it gave a 'problem with hardware' error which made me really scared. At that time I forgot to turn enable minidumps, so I couldnt post here for help. Since then I have gotten a BSOD once more with minidump enabled - I have attached it to this post. Could anyone help me diagnose and fix this issue?

Also, I am using the nvidia geforce 560ti.. and the latest nvidia drivers cause my computer to freeze up occasionally when I watch youtube videos. The youtube video will turn black with pink lines and my computer would freeze up. Apparently some others have been having the same problem.. does anyone know anything about this?

    Computer specs:

    i5 2500k non overclocked
    8 gig ram
    geforce 560ti
    Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
