I've recently had two BSODs, occurring once yesterday and once today. One occurred while gaming, the other during browsing of the internet. The entire system is around 2 years old, along with the Windows 7 Ultimate x64 OS. Never reinstalled the OS. I'm not sure what else to indicate, so please let me know if additional information is needed. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Check the stock CPU fan...if it is loose or hanging...your Proc is overheating...that happened to me last year...I bought an aftermarket fan and never had the issue reoccur.
Alright, I've performed the actions you've outlined. I will update in a few days or upon another BSOD. Hopefully this solved my troubles. Thank you for your help.
Actually, I've already replaced my stock cpu heatsink, and my heatsink fan is still in working order, fortunately.
Just wanted to stop by and say I've had zero BSODs since resolving my issues. Many thanks for the help.

It figures as soon as I make a post about my issues being resolved, another BSOD would occur. I believe I've corrected the issues you outlined correctly, though it wouldn't surprise me if I am mistaken. I've ran the driver verifier and my computer immediately BSOD'ed upon boot up. I'm attaching the minidump for that BSOD to this post. Thank you for your time.

Not to replace the help of Mr. jcgriff himself, but, if I may add a few things.
Uninstall Daemon Tools. It is a known cause of problems.
Uninstall ASUS TurboV, utilities of this nature are a known cause of problems.
A/V? AntiMalware?
Most of us here suggest and use Microsoft Security Essentials(MSE). It is extremely effective and has a very small footprint. As a Windows customer, you may download it for free, here. Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows
After downloading and running the installer, please ensure that it is up to date. Then, select to run a full scan on all drives.
Also, please download and install, Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer Be sure to download the free version. Upon installation, be sure not to start the free trial. Malwarebytes is a powerful malware detection tool. After you have installed and updated Malwarebytes, run a FULL scan on ALL USER accounts. This means that if you have more than one login for your computer, you will need to run the scan on each account.
After doing these things, post back the results.

First, download the latest ATI driver package for your system here; AMD Graphics Drivers & Software
After doing that please backup your system and download and install Driver Sweeper. Reboot into safe mode and run Driver Sweeper. Check all of the ATI boxes and delete them.
Reboot and install the ATI drivers you just downloaded.

The latest dump had a bugcheck = 0xc4 = VERIFIER_ENABLED and flagged SandBoxie.
