We'll still have to wait for the results from Driver Verifier.
Razer Lycosa drivers dating from 2010 - I can't recall how updated they are. I also wonder about the hardware. Uninstalling the software and removing the Razer device from your system is the test for this one.
In most cases Driver Verifier will point out the Razer driver if it's to blame.
The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

Just woke up and driver verifier has been running now for about 20 hours with no BSODs...before when I did the memtest I took out one of the two 4Gb sticks of RAM I have installed and since then I have had no issues with BSODs... but just in case do you think something is wrong with the hardware aka my Lycosa keyboard and I should uninstall it and replace it?
Most of my advice is based on previous problems that we've observed. In the past I've seen a lot of issues with Lycosa drivers and keyboards - that doesn't mean that yours is a problem, just that you should keep an eye on it.
I'd tend to think that it's the stick of RAM (or the mobo/RAM combo) that was causing the problems.
Try turning Driver Verifier off and see if the system remains stable.
ok just turned off verifier and I am going to let the system run continuously for about a day or so and see what happens if it BSODs again I'll dc the Lycosa and see if that helps I'll also send the dump files from it
Well turned off verifier almost 24 hrs ago and no BSODs so i think it was a bad stick of ram thank godappreciate the help if it happens to crash again ill let you know
