Ive been having a blue screen of death after reawakening my computer from sleep mode. It does not always happen but it happened 3 times already.
I'm using windows 7 professional 64 bit full retail version

Is your SSD firmware up to date?
Have you tried power cycling the SSD to reset the hardware/software connection to the BIOS and clear corruption?
Try doing a power cycle of the SSD. The following steps should be carried out and take ~1 hour to complete.
- Power off the system.
- Remove all power supplies (ac adapter then battery for laptop, ac adapter for desktop)
- Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and drain all components of power.
- Reconnect all power supplies (battery then ac adapter for laptop, ac adapter for desktop)
- Turn on the system and enter the BIOS (see your manual for the steps to enter the BIOS)
- Let the computer remain in the BIOS for 20 minutes.
- Follow steps 1-3 and physically remove the SSD from the system by disconnecting the cables for a desktop or disconnecting the drive from the junction for a laptop.
- Leave the drive disconnected for 30 seconds to let all power drain from it.
- Replace the drive connection(s) and then do steps 4-8 again.
- Repeat steps 1-4.
- Start your computer normally and run Windows.

While that may not be your drive, a power cycle should be the same on all SSD drives. See how the system responds after the SSD power cycle.
I've updated my firmware and followed the instruction but the problem has not been fixed. I have checked the ocz forums and this seems to be a known issue but they haven't found a solution. I've found a work around for now by putting my pc on hibernate instead of sleep.
I see that your Intel storage driver is not installed. Have you tried installing it to see if the problem persists afterward?
Also, is your BIOS setting for IDE or AHCI?
Hi, sorry to revive this thread however I felt it was not appropriate to start a new one.
I am having a similar issue as the OP. It has only happened twice so far, and both times after attempting to wake the computer from sleep. This is a brand new computer (only 1 month old) and this issue appeared this morning. The only changes I made yesterday were to uninstall Avast antivirus and install Microsoft Security Essentials. This is after having problems with Skype and reading that Avast may have been the problem.
I suspect it is a driver of some sort however I don't have the knowledge to go through the logs. I have done memtest86 with no errors. Please find attached the results of my SF Diagnostic Tool scan. Thank you for your help in advance!
