    Crashing Repeatedly !!!!

Hello, I have been experiencing this problem for quite a while and lately it has become unavoidable. The problem that has been occurring is confusing and infuriating. It only seems to happen when I watch any sort of video on line whether that be YouTube, Facebook video uploads to live steams. I try to load the video and sometimes it works and sometimes it crashes its like Russian roulette for internet videos I attempt to watch the video and when It does crash whether that may be the first second third or fourth if I'm lucky, the same few screens pop up. All these screens are coloured screens with no text. I have received black, blue, yellow, white and grey blank screens. The video doesn't even have to be running in my experience just open in the browser in the background or on the screen it makes no difference I still end up having to do a manual restart via the on and off button. It also almost always happens when It crashes on a video and I do a manual restart and when I finally get back on I press restore browsing tabs and then it restarts the video and as I said almost always crashes. I get 2 popups when the computer restarts one 100% without fail which is AMD Video transcoding Device Installation which is the picture attachment below. I sometimes get the message telling me that windows had an unexpected shut down troubleshoot the problem. This always turns up no results

It has only become a problem with the new graphics card I installed to be able to play the latest games.

I have had a new graphics card recently installed the ' AMD Radeon HD 6700 Series '

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I realise this may not be to do with windows but I was hoping you would be able to help and shed some light on the Situation.

    Thanks

Whether you are getting a blue screen crash or not, please follow the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html to provide us with the system logs. The logs can be helpful with more than just blue screen crashes; they can also help with random shut downs and restarts.
