To joaodiogo321; you can do with your computer as you see fit it's your computer. If it was my computer I would do what writhziden recommends. He is very busy here and at time doesn't have a lot of time for chit chat. Don't louse your place in line.

I am sorry. Didnt know you had so much to do.

Ill try that. Ill re install the asus utilities and upgrade what i can and uninstall my mouse driver and daemon tools

if play games or browse the internet, my pc doesnt usuallly crash. its when i finish the Daemon tool Shell Extensions Helper process or my mouse's 2 processes. I am almost sure it is that... ill test each one of this processes individually and will uninstall the problematic one to see if it still continues.

    thanks for all your pacience!

Edit: I discovered what the process is. it's the hid.exe which is the main asus mouse process (as you said). If i dont finish it, my pc stands ok. il try removing it and see how it goes. I cant upgrade it because there is only a v.1.00... I'll report it to ASUS.

Great news! Nice work tracking it down!!

Let us know what ASUS has to say. Also, please post back once you find a viable solution and you may mark the thread solved at that time if you desire. :)

After a few emails changed between me and asus support, they finally answered me with a clear answer: they said to contact the seller and use the warranty...

However, I dont really want to stay without my mouse, asus pc and pc bag for a month (as i bought it as a pack). There is only one thing I and everyone with the same problem must remenber: once opened, never end Asus Gx800 mouse software (hid.exe)...

Thanks for all the help. You're awesome!

    You're welcome.

I'm glad we were able to at least help you go in the right direction. You did most of the hard work, so well done!
