    BSOD Every 7 hrs +/- DX79SI / iAstorA.sys error

Back about 6/3 got a bsod noting iastora.sys as the culprit. Rebooted automatically and everything was fine. 7 hours later (+/- 10 min), same thing. Finally got to where I just rebooted the computer before 7 hrs came up. Posted the problem to Intels Forum since all hardware was theirs, but got no responses. Figured I'd try here.

This thing has been rock solid since completed 12/2011 and is up 24/7. Getting real tired of the bluescreens when I'm right in the middle of something and forget to save & re-boot.

Sys specs are in my profile.

    Thanking you beforehand.

You have Kaspersky Internet Security and Microsoft Security Essentials installed. I would recommend removing one or the other and seeing if stability increases. Having two security programs installed that accomplish the same task is a recipe for crashes because they scan the same system files or use the same system resources simultaneously.

Your Brother software drivers are all out of date. Either update them or remove the device/software from the system.

You have a MEGASAS RAID Controller Driver that is old and may be conflicting with your Intel storage controller driver. Update the MEGASAS RAID Controller Driver or remove it.
