Black Screen with blinking cursor, can't access windows

Ok, so I was plagued with some BSOD issues and was able to remove viruses/malware causing it. However, when running a TDSS File System scan, it found a medium risk TDSS File System Physical Drive Device harddisk0 dr0. Instead of skipping, I accidentally chose to delete it. On restart, I now cannot access windows. I am getting just a black screen with a blinking cursor. I am completely lost as to what I do next. Please help!!!
