Random BSOD, errors 0x0000018 and 0x000003b

ok thanks for all the info u gave me.

• the Intel still doesnt work even after the hotfix, it still says im not meeting the minimum requirement.
• i did the memtest and it gave me a lots of error maybe almost 700.
• I also did the memory diagnostic tool, and on the first try it says "hardware problems detected"

i will upload a picture of the memtest too so you can see.
Will this mean i need to change my RAM?

You need to go through Part 3 of Memtest86+ to determine whether it is a module that is bad or a motherboard slot.
