    BSOD usually upon waking up from sleep. 1033 1e


    Hey all, I sometimes will wake up my computer and it restarts itself, it gives me this error upon startup again.


    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

    Your dumps points to dtsoftbus01.sys, a driver associated with CD virtualization programs. You will therefore need to remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

    Thank you for the reply.

    Sadly, I use Daemon Tools quite often - So I may just have to put up with these random BSODs. I will try re installing the software or a different version at least!

    You can simply install the freeware, MagicDisk (MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM).

    It does virtually the same thing as Daemon Tools and doesn't use dtsoftbus01.sys.
