BSOD after startup, error 0x0000000A (note: recent BIOS flash attempt)

My desktop has been acting up some odd ways, most recent is this BSOD that happens basically as soon as everything has finished loading after booting up. I recently attempted to flash the BIOS (hoping it might fix one of the aforementioned odd problems), so I assume that must have something to do with this newest development.

Just finished reading the BSOD Posting Instructions thread, but I'm already coming up against a dilemma. The only way the computer stays on long enough for me to do anything is if I'm in Safe Mode or Safe Mode with Networking, but this means that I can't generate the System Health Report for Step 3 in that thread (looked up the error message it gave, was told to start a specific service, but starting that service gave me an error that said it could only be done outside of Safe Mode).

I wasn't clear as to what steps I need to take after I've gotten through Step 2 (which I've done) in order to successfully generate the dump file in a format that can be attached along with the System Health Report, but since I couldn't create that part anyway I figured I'd go ahead and at least get started by asking for advice as to how to proceed from this point.

Here's all the relevant info I can see from a photo I snapped of the BSOD:
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    STOP: 0x0000000A (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000001, 0xFFFFF800030B72FE)

Naturally I'll have more questions about the other issues once I can get the BSOD resolved, but I assume those will be posted to a separate thread.

Thanks all! This is my first time on this site, hope I'm doing it right. Just finished updating my System Specs using your free program, so I'm assuming those will show up somewhere when I post.

Just skip Step 3 and complete the rest of the steps in the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html thread.

I'm attaching the zipped-up Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder to this post.

A few more details, as per instructions:
    Windows 7 Professional x64
OS was a System Builders OEM version, but I bought and installed it myself
System hardware is approximately 2 years, 8 months old, except for the graphics card, which I replaced under warranty to try and solve a prior issue
    OS has not been re-installed

I had to boot up in Safe Mode with Networking to run the program and attach the file, as my BSOD regularly happens within a minute or so of a normal startup. Hope that doesn't screw up the diagnostics. If so, I need suggestions on a different way to get this done. Thanks!

All of the dumps are pointing to SRTSPL64.SYS. From the looks of it it's some sort of Symantec Endpoint driver. Please uninstall any Symantec software such as Norton, Endpoint, Ghost etc.

That appears to have fixed it! Just a note for anyone who may come across this thread in the future: in order to uninstall Symantec, I had to be in Safe Mode, and therefore had to follow the instructions in this thread to enable the Microsoft Uninstaller Service. Also important to note is that, as is mentioned in a comment a few posts down in that thread, you may need to name the key "MSIServer" as opposed to "MSIService," which is what I had to do after I tried it a couple times unsuccessfully.

Now I've got other issues that need to be resolved, so I'm off to start a new post. Thanks JaidynM!
