BSOD locale ID 1033 OS Version 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3

Hey guys. Im not the best working with computers so id appreciate some help on how to fix my problem. So when I try to run windows normally, on the windows start screen it has the windows sign in the middle loading while having blue and black columns running around it. Also, if it is able to start, the mouse doesnt function and the screen is out of wack. Initially, i figured it must be a display driver or could be a faulty graphics card. Would appreciate any ways to figure out what the problem is and how to go about fixing it. Works fine in safe mode and that is how I am posting this thread. Thanks!

In Safe Mode, please follow the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html to help us help you. You will not be able to supply the Perfmon report, but the other information should be gathered in Safe Mode.

    Thanks.

    Device Concerns:
The only device concern points to an issue with your AMD graphics drivers.

    Software Concerns:
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\Driver Detective	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Driver Detective	Public
    Start Menu\Programs\DriverFinder	Public:Start Menu\Programs\DriverFinder	Public
We do not recommend automated driver update software. It often finds drivers for devices similar to but not exactly the same as the hardware actually on the system. This can lead to conflicts and blue screen crashes. If you need help finding driver updates for a certain device, please start a thread in Drivers - Windows 7 Forums instead of using software. Driver updates are not always necessary and some updates can actually decrease system stability rather than increase it, so it is usually better not to update unless a device or its driver is causing problems with the system. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    Analysis:
It appears your graphics card drivers are preventing you from booting. Uninstall all AMD software: Uninstall and Remove Software in Safe Mode -> Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Unintall a program.

I also ran the steps again and attached another zip file.
As a side note, I was able to load windows normally so I did the steps outside of safe mode. But still, i am still encountering issues with the cpu freezing and such. I have noticed the cpu is warm usually when it occurs? Not sure if thats significant. Also I was able to run the perfmon report and would like some insight on what to do next. The error was :
    error
    symptom: [IMG]res://wdc.dll/error.gif[/IMG]
    tv_ConfigMgrErr10
cause: A device has a configuration problem that prevents it from starting properly. details: The device, Lexmark X422, cannot start properly. It may not have the correct driver installed or may be experiencing a hardware failure. The Plug and Play ID for this device is ROOT\IMAGE\0000. resolution: 1. Verify the correct driver is installed.
    2. Try updating the drivers using Windows Update.
    3. Check with the manufacturer for an updated driver.
    4. Attempt to uninstall and then reinstall the device using Device Manager. related: Explanation of Error Codes Generated by Device Manager

So im still encountering the same issues just not as often. Could it possibly be a hardware problem? The perfmon report states there are no issues with the drivers/hardware section yet im still having issues. any ideas?

    Problem Devices?:
Do you still have any driver issues in device manager showing up? Device Manager : Hidden Devices may also be helpful.

    Hardware Checks:
It could be due to hardware. Run some hardware checks.
    • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

    • If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
      • SSD firmware
      • BIOS Version
      • Chipset Drivers
      • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
      • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.

    • Run all but the advanced tests with SeaTools for HDDs.
    • Monitor temperatures during the following tests.
Use the following programs to monitor the temperatures.

    • Run the boot version of Memtest86+ paying close attention to Parts 2 and 3 of the tutorial. Also, in case Memtest86+ misses anything and comes up with no errors, run the extended version of the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool for at least five passes. These you may want to run overnight since they take a long time to complete (run them an hour before bed each of the next two nights and check before going to sleep that they are still running).

         Warning
Before you proceed with the following, answer these two questions: Are you still under warranty? Does your warranty allow you to open up the machine to check hardware? If you are unsure of the answers to these questions, contact your system manufacturer. WARNING: The steps that follow can void your warranty!!!

For Part 3: If You Have Errors: If you swap any memory components, follow these steps for ESD safety:
      1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
      2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
      3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
      4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working. If you do not have an anti-static workbench, desk, or pad, you can use your computer tower/case by finding a metal hold in it, such as a drive bay.

Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.
