Computer randomly freezes + ntoskrnl.exe problem

I used a program called BlueScreenView to find out the possible cause for the BSOD's
and it says both crashes come from ntoskrnl.exe. Now instead of the computer blue
screening, it will freeze randomly and a buzzing noise will happen inside my headset,
forcing me to restart my computer. Also, another worrisome problem, sometimes after
turning my computer off, it will not boot. I can see the the power LED on my motherboard
when it is turned off, so i know there is power, and I can also see the fans on my power
supply, processor, and gfx card (radeon hd 6770) all turn on, so I have no idea what is
going on.
Sytem Specs:
64 bit Windows 7 Home Premium
Original OS is installed
an OEM
Comp is almost 2 years old, however I had it sent to manufacturer under warranty to get it fixed,
and to my knowledge the replaced pretty much everything inside it, other than the gfx card I
put in myself.
Reinstalled the OS after getting the comp back from manufacturer about 4-5 months ago.
