So I have been having random bsods every 5 to 12 hours for the past week before this week it's been about every two or three days most of the time after the computer crashes even though it says that it is writing a memory dump when I go to look for it, it's not there so I can't find out what is wrong I have noticed that ntsokrnl.exe is a reaccurring error when it does write a dump I've had many many different errors I have had DRIVER_IRQL_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL_TO I've also had NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM I'll start listing them from now on and updating the forum post any help will be useful I have also replaced my memory done mem checks did a disk check reinstalled windows multiple times I'm at a complete loss here is the one dump I have been able to get

    Analysis:
It is difficult to find patterns with only one .dmp file. Yours indicates a hardware issue, which is consistent with the information you have supplied.

You do not say how you did a memory or hard disk check. If you used Memtest86+, you may need to let it run for more passes or run it again to check for errors. It does not always find errors on the first set of passes or if not enough passes were run. Further reading: Finicky RAM.

    Run some hardware checks.
    • If you are overclocking any hardware, please stop.

    • If you have an SSD, make sure the following are up to date:
      • SSD firmware
      • BIOS Version
      • Chipset Drivers
      • Hard disk controller drivers/SATA drivers
      • If you have a Marvell IDE ATA/ATAPI device, make sure the drivers are up to date from the Intel site or Marvell site and not from your motherboard/vendor support site.

    • Run all but the advanced tests with SeaTools for HDDs.
    • Monitor temperatures during the following tests.
Use the following programs to monitor the temperatures.

    • Run the boot version of Memtest86+ paying close attention to Parts 2 and 3 of the tutorial. Also, in case Memtest86+ misses anything and comes up with no errors, run the extended version of the Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool for at least five passes. These you may want to run overnight since they take a long time to complete (run them an hour before bed each of the next two nights and check before going to sleep that they are still running).

         Warning
Before you proceed with the following, answer these two questions: Are you still under warranty? Does your warranty allow you to open up the machine to check hardware? If you are unsure of the answers to these questions, contact your system manufacturer. WARNING: The steps that follow can void your warranty!!!

For Part 3: If You Have Errors: If you swap any memory components, follow these steps for ESD safety:
      1. Shut down and turn off your computer.
      2. Unplug all power supplies to the computer (AC Power then battery for laptops, AC power for desktops)
      3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds to close the circuit and ensure all power drains from components.
      4. Make sure you are grounded by using proper grounding techniques, i.e. work on an anti-static workbench, anti-static desk, or an anti-static pad. Hold something metallic while touching it to the anti-static surface, or use an anti-static wristband to attach to the anti-static material while working. If you do not have an anti-static workbench, desk, or pad, you can use your computer tower/case by finding a metal hold in it, such as a drive bay.

Once these steps have been followed, it is safe to remove and replace components within your computer.

I have already ran a disk check came back clean I also ran a Ram check with memtest ran it for like 5 hours came back clean my overclocking is off I even turned off 2 of my cores so I'm running on 4 right now My computer is not writing dumps so I can't help (it is set to write them also) with that also I checked my temps and they are sitting between 42 and 55 celcius I have replaced my ram twice and also checked that neither of the dimm slots are bad I am at a total loss I tend to be really good with this kinda stuff the only things left that could be causing the problems is either the Video card or Motherboard and I don't have the money to replace either this is really horrible

Does not sound like you tested the RAM thoroughly enough. Further reading: Finicky RAM.

Even without the .dmps, the reports from the https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html can be helpful. Please upload them.

We should also check RAM compatibility:
Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.

Why are you turning off cores on the CPU? Does it provide more stability?

I'll get the information you asked for but as for why I turned off cores I figured it would take my temps down and it take them down by like 3 degrees but it wasn't a huge difference so yeah I'll get those screenshots or actually I'll put up the reports from cpu-z instead of screenshots

Not all information was included in the CPU-Z .html file. We really prefer the screenshots.

I can tell you that your RAM is not compatible with your processor:

Your crash reports indicate a possible problem with your Windows installation. Please follow the Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instructions. Post the results in your next post; do not start a new thread.

Have you activated your installation? If not, activate it, update it completely, then re-run the MGADIAG report and paste the new copy here.
