    BSOD on startup error 0x00000f4

I'll explain how this all went down. My computer got a trojan virus which I managed to stop but unfortunately too late as it had corrupted my system files. My mse services was deleted. so i decided to use malwarebytes but the shutdowner virus made it so the it wouldn't finish scanning. So i used kaspersky's rescue cd and it found my viruses and deleted them. But in doing so it may have wrecked my system files to where when i boot windows i get a BSOD of 0x0000f4 theres a bit more zeroes in that im sure. and rendered it unusable also i can't boot into safe mode without the computer rebooting itself. i attached my minidump files. Comp Specs. Gateway sx2803-us 8GB DDR3 10600 WDC 1TB HDD Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.20 ghz E5800 Processor NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS 1GB Graphics.

I recommend proceeding through the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot. Report back as you do those steps to see if more troubleshooting is required.
