Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit

System Age:
Your system appears to be about five years old. Due to the age, make sure it is compatible with Windows: Windows 7 Compatibility: Software Programs & Hardware Devices: Find Updates, Drivers, & Downloads -> Download and run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Software Concerns:
Security Software: ??? Make sure to install security software beyond ZoneAlarm; a firewall is not enough. I recommend either of these:
After installing your security software, update it, and then run full scans today with each program. Report back the results of the scans.

The crashes are due to not having any Windows Updates installed. ZoneAlarm will not work without the hotfixes installed to provide it support to run. In fact, you will find many programs will have trouble due to Windows Updates not being installed. Please install all Windows Updates.
