BSOD while running programs, randomly occurs.

Greetings. I was hoping someone might be able to help me with the following BSOD.

I receive this blue screen randomly while running the computer, it instantly crashes, dumps, and reboots.

I have tested my memory with Memtest86, and all 4 sticks passed individually.

Win 7 x 64 Pro. Full Retail version. System age 2 years. OS age 2 years.

    Device Concerns:
    Code:
High Definition Audio Controller	PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0E09&SUBSYS_15713842&REV_A1\4&1B775579&0&0110	This device is disabled.
Was the above intentional? If so, please explain your troubleshooting steps.

    Software Concerns:
    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\AMD\OverDrive
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\ASUSUpdate
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\Cool & Quiet
    Start Menu\Programs\ASUS\PC Probe II
    Start Menu\Programs\MSI Afterburner
    Start Menu\Programs\Spybot - Search & Destroy
    • AMD OverDrive is known to cause instability with systems. Please remove the software. Software overclocking does not provide reliable overclocking. Overclocking should be accomplished through the BIOS or through the graphics card manufacturer's software.

    • Recommend removing your ASUS utilities through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program. They can provide software interfaces with the hardware for overclocking, and even when the overclock is not enabled, that interface can cause instability. They are also not needed for the system to function properly and may reduce system resources.

    • MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner is known to cause instability with systems. Please remove the software. Software overclocking does not provide reliable overclocking. Overclocking should be accomplished through the BIOS or through the graphics card manufacturer's software.

    • Spybot Search and Destroy is not the best malware/spyware utility. Take a look at Good and Free system security combination. for better options.

    Analysis:
Crashes point to hardware issues. Please take care of the above software overclocking programs and see if it resolves your crashes.
