Windows 7 - Crashes when shutting down (freezes and blue screens)

I have windows 7 professional 64 bit and it won't shut down by itself. It will only freeze at the shut down screen or restart.

This is a new computer and for reference, I have uploaded the MSINFO file. Please help! Thanks so much!

As a follow-up, it runs perfectly normally, this just happens when I shut if down. Could it be one of the drivers?

Thanks Writhziden. I have attached the files and also posted my specs below:

System Manufacturer Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.

    Device Concerns:
[codeAtheros AR5BWB222 Wireless Network Adapter PCI\VEN_168C&DEV_0034&SUBSYS_662111AD&REV_01\4&256F5A3A&0&00E3 This device is disabled.
High Definition Audio Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2806&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000\4&36B8CB0&0&0301 This device is disabled.[/code]
Were you aware of the above? If so, please explain your troubleshooting steps.

    Software Concerns:
Security Software: ??? Make sure to install security software. I recommend either of these:

After installing your security software, update it, and then run full scans today with each program. Report back the results of the scans.

    Code:
    Start Menu\Programs\GIGABYTE\ET6
Recommend removing your Gigabyte utilities through Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program. They can provide software interfaces with the hardware for overclocking, and even when the overclock is not enabled, that interface can cause instability. They are also not needed for the system to function properly and may reduce system resources.

    Analysis:
Crashes point to xhcdrv.sys, which is ??? VIA USB 3.0 Driver perhaps? Having trouble finding information on the device. Update/re-install it if you know what it is.

If you need help, please fill in your system specs in your profile and not in a post in this thread: System Info - See Your System Specs
