Run memtest86+, again for another 7 full passes, best to run overnight.
I know you have ran it already, sometimes you need to run it a few times to be sure the RAM is ok.
This crash is indicating a RAM issue.

I see several issues.

Are you overclocking?
If you are, return all BIOS setting to default.

So..I've been kinda scared about updating my bios but it's been done and I think it's correct. Once the computer rebooted i did get BSOD...rebooted again and nothing has happened so far.

Pre flash.. I play a game called league of legends and i had 300 ping all game, about 20mins into the game my computer froze and had to reboot. Not sure if this should be mentioned not not.

If you have any more crashes update to that BIOS version.

Update the BIOS to 2104.
