    BSOD: Bugcheck 0x0000003b


    My system crashed with a bluescreen. Probably a Bluray burner I have, but want to be sure.
    BSOD: Bugcheck 0x0000003b
    Dell Optiplex 960
    Intel Core Duo 3.16 Ghz
    8GB RAM
    Windows 7 Pro 64-bit OEM
    6 months old
      My Computer

    Software Concerns:
    Spybot Search and Destroy is not the best malware/spyware utility. Take a look at Good and Free system security combination. for better options.


    Analysis:
    Your Cyberlink UDF Driver caused both of your most recent crashes. Remove all Cyberlink software. If you need alternatives, let us know and we will help you find them. You could also contact Cyberlink support or install more up to date software from them to resolve it.

    Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Uninstall a program
