Windows 7 Home BSOD 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Keeps Crashing

I'm new on this forum,

My System Pref..
Im running on Windows 7 Home 64bit * Reinstalled it 3 times *
Newly Re installed Operating System
New Seagate Hard Drive 2TB 64mb Cache 7200RPM
New Video Card 2Gb GDDR5 GTX 550Ti
Intel Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67 GHz
Installed Memory Ram 6.00GB
DrMos MSI Mother Board

Every time i install a windows Update
Or just shut down or restart computer the computer crashes
and says window unexpected shut down or Windows Has Recovered From an Unexpected Shutdown

Hello Guys, I have an Update but still need help...

This computer i'm using it for my works Security Camera System,

Every time i remove the ( TWO ) PCI DVR Card the Computer is working 100% , No Blue Screen, and Loading up running fine...

When i Install the PCI DVR Card Back Blue Screen And OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
BCCode:50 errors

i have Two Cards And Two PCI Slots I Switched Them Around And Used Only ONE and STILL Blue Screen And Errors ...

When i remove the DVR Cards Everything is fine..

Could This be A Mother Board Issue? Both PCI Slots on the mother board Can Go Bad The Same Time?

Or The DVR Card Is Bad, but both at the same time?

Please Any Advice Will be Appreciated as i got to get this up & running very soon

If you are overclocking your system, please return all overclocked components to their stock speeds. If the BSOD's are found not to be caused by the overclock, you can re-overclock the components once we have finished the diagnostics

I have noticed that you do not have an anti-virus product installed on your PC. Please install Microsoft Security Essentials and scan your PC. Then install and scan your computer with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. DO NOT START THE FREE TRIAL. This will remove any viruses you may have caught.

To fully re-install a driver, use the following steps.

First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
Click Start Menu
Right Click My Computer/Computer
Click Manage
Click Device Manager from the list on the left
Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
Right click the device
Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
Install the latest driver for the device.

Login as an administrative user.
First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
Click Start Menu
Click Control Panel
Click Hardware and Sound
Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
Right click the device
Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
Install the latest driver for the device.
