Blue screen when put to hibernate or sleep

Hi, I would like to get some help please. I got my Sony E series laptop with windows 7 on December 23 2010 I sent it back to the person I bought it from in February 2011 because it was not starting I got it back in March 2011 and it worked great. However, when I got ti back he changed a couple things on it, he installed a new cam program (nero) deleted the old one along with the bluetooth software that came with the laptop.
This week I put it to hibernate twice and when I came back to use it I found it had cut off. Upon restarting it I saw it was not shut down properly. Then I decided not to put it to hibernate but to put it to sleep, the same thing happened. A box came up saying to check for solutions I did and I also checked to see what was the problem (see below). Attached also is the result of a program a friend sent to diagnose what went wrong (i think). Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately, you've uploaded the jcgriff2 application and not the reports that it generates.
Please follow the directions here to make sure that the reports are generated properly: https://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-d...tructions.html

No need to redo the perfmon /report - as the uploaded one was done correctly.

If still having difficulties, zip up the contents of C:\Windows\Minidump and upload that with your next post.
