USB 3.0 drivers are not installed. Please visit the Asus website for your mobo/system to download and install them.
Please run Driver Verifier according to these instructions: Driver Verifier Settings
If the above steps don't stop the BSOD's, please zip up and upload any new memory dumps with your next post - and we'll see what we can figure out from there.
The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs
- Further info on BSOD error messages available at: http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html
- Info on how to troubleshoot BSOD's (DRAFT): http://www.carrona.org/userbsod.html

ok did that and it seems i can get it to crash anytime i want in that verifier. All i have to do is click on FF14 and it wont even go to the log in screen before it crashes.
Ok i have a stupid question so please forgive me (i don't no anything about PCs). I do not understand this part "Reboot into Windows (after the crash) andlocate the memory dump file"
Is that file the same file as the BSOD instrustions or it it different? If so how do i find it and zip it correctly? I have attached what i think you need please let me know if that is inccorrect.
And thanks again for all your time.
If you run the jcgriff2 app again it'll be captured automatically (as long as your system is set to create minidumps). All dump files end with the extension .dmp (AFAIK).
Minidumps are saved in C:\Windows\Mindump and are numbered chronologically by the system.
Full/kernel memory dumps are located in C:\Windows and are all named MEMORY.dmp - each one is overwritten when the next one is collected.
The system will write the full/kernel dump and then will created the minidump from that.
ok that one says i do not have admin access how to i get that?
404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
this is the message i keep getting. i copied the Memory.DMP file form C/ windows to desktop and made it to a zip file and with i try to attach it this is what i get. What am i doing wrong?
